Family Based Immigration

Navigating the immigration process can be daunting, even for those who have already been through it. US citizens and legal permanent residents face different challenges and considerable expense when filing for family members. We strive to make the process as seamless and affordable as possible whether the family member is located in or outside of the United States.

Contact our qualified team for any of the following services:

Family of US Citizens

US citizens are entitled to petition for certain family members to receive legal status depending on the relationship with the beneficiary. These are but a few of the cases we help with:

  • Petitions for spouses
    Petitions for parents
Married or unmarried sons and daughters
    Children
    Siblings
    Fiancé(s)

Family of Green Card Holders

If you're a lawful permanent resident (LPR) of the United States, you may also petition for family members such as:

  • Spouse

  • Unmarried children under 21

  • Unmarried sons and daughters 21 and over

Special Visas and Cases

There are several categories of individuals who don't have family in the US but who can request immigration benefits from the US government. We are proud to provide assistance with the following cases:

DACA

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals allows undocumented immigrants, who arrived in or were brought to the US before the age of 16, to apply for a Social Security Number and work authorization, while providing temporary protection from deportation. If eligible, we help you file your initial or renewal request so you can avoid the common errors that can get your application rejected.

Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

Certain immigrants to the US come from countries affected by war, famine, natural disasters or other conditions that make living there difficult or unsafe. We'll be happy to determine your eligibility and assist you through the application process for TPS and employment authorization.

Removal or Deportation

Given the recent actions taken by the US government to block certain immigration benefits, we have kept abreast of the changes to some of the conditions under which immigrants can stay in the country and petition for legal status. We are committed to looking out for our clients' interests and helping to prevent any removal or deportation based on subjective criteria that have no standing under the law.
