Family of US Citizens
US citizens are entitled to petition for certain family members to receive legal status depending on the relationship with the beneficiary. These are but a few of the cases we help with:

Special Visas and Cases
There are several categories of individuals who don't have family in the US but who can request immigration benefits from the US government. We are proud to provide assistance with the following cases:
DACA
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals allows undocumented immigrants, who arrived in or were brought to the US before the age of 16, to apply for a Social Security Number and work authorization, while providing temporary protection from deportation. If eligible, we help you file your initial or renewal request so you can avoid the common errors that can get your application rejected.
Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
Certain immigrants to the US come from countries affected by war, famine, natural disasters or other conditions that make living there difficult or unsafe. We'll be happy to determine your eligibility and assist you through the application process for TPS and employment authorization.
Removal or Deportation
